Beck 2019) and a monograph on cartel and distribution agreements (Kindl, J. Kartelové a distribuční dohody. Teorie a praxe. Praha : C.H. Beck, 2009). He also co-authored commentaries to the new Civil Code as regards provisions on unfair competition or commercial agency contracts
  • Mr. Kindl gives regularly speeches at conferences on various competition law topics and also lectures competition law (incl. state aid) and competition economics at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague
