Skils je opět elitou v právu hospodářské soutěže dle prestižní ročenky GCR 100
Britská společnost Global Competition Review (GCR) i v novém vydání prestižní soutěžněprávní ročenky GCR 100 udělila advokátní kanceláři Skils nejvyšší možné hodnocení „Elite“ pro právnické firmy působící v oblasti práva hospodářské soutěže v České republice.
Skils je takto jako nejlepší hodnocena konzistentně již od roku 2014. GCR 100 tak potvrzuje i jiná obdobná odborná hodnocení například ze strany Chambers Europe. GCR 100 pro rok 2020 konkrétně uvádí:
„Weil Gotshal & Manges no longer has a competition practice in Prague. Kindl leads the team that represents CETIN – the country’s tele¬communications infrastructure network – in an ongoing EU investigation into mobile network sharing agreements between CETIN/O2 and T-Mobile. He is also leading the team in proceedings against information systems company CHAPS for an alleged refusal to provide rivals with access to data sets of bus and train timetables. Muzikář and Kindl are representing the Czech Republic’s largest coal and lignite mining company, Severočeské doly, before the national enforcer for allegedly applying restrictive provisions in contracts with customers and distributors. The team is also defending Uber against unfair competition litigation filed by taxi incumbents, and VIA Outlets in administrative proceedings held by the Office for the Protection of Competition regarding alleged restrictive agreements with tenants in a Prague fashion outlet.“
