Mr. Mikeš graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (summa cum laude, Mgr.)
Mr. Mikeš passed in 2018 a state rigorous exam and defended his rigorous thesis about the competition aspects of the multi-sided platforms at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and was honoured a title JUDr. (doctoris iuris)
Mr. Mikeš succesfully defended in 2024 his doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prauge about certian aspects of law and artificial intelligence and was honoured a title Ph.D.
Mr. Mikeš was awarded in 2018 for a 2nd place in the Talent of the Year category within the annual Lawyer of the Year competition held between all legal professions in the Czech Republic for his essay regarding law and artificial intelligence
Mr. Mikeš is a co-author of a commentary to the Czech Civil Code (9th Volume) regarding certain provisions concerning unfair competition practices and also published several articles concerning competition law in peer reviewed law journals
Mr. Mikeš is an author of the book What is new in law (Co je nového v právu) covering current trends in law published in April 2019 by Nova beseda publishing house where Mr. Mikeš is also a contrinutor to the edition Essays of Nova beseda
Mr. Mikeš is fluent in English and understands French
