  • Mr. Koudelka graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague (summa cum laude, Mgr.) and from The University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom (distinction, LL.M.);  he also studied law at the Bucerius Law School, Germany; he further graduated also from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Charles University in Prague (Bc.) and from the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the Masaryk University in Brno (summa cum laude, Ing.)
  • In the competition Lawyer of the Year 20/21, Mr. Koudelka was awarded 3rd place in the category Talent of the Year for his paper ‘EU protection of fair competition as an argument in support of the EU’s accession to the Human Rights Convention’
  • Mr. Koudelka co-authored the commentary to the Act on Significant Market Power (Kindl, J., Koudelka, M. Zákon o významné tržní síle. Komentář. Praha : C.H. Beck 2017) and regularly publishes articles on topics in the areas of antitrust and public regulation in various professional journals (Czech and foreign)
