Karel Dřevínek was a guest of an interview for the Executive Education Academy, an educational project of Radovan Vávra

Karel Dřevínek, partner of Skils, was a guest in an interview conducted as part of the Executive Education Academy project.

The Executive Education Academy is a new educational project of the well-known Czech investor and economist Radovan Vávra and Professor Zuzana Dvořáková from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague. During the interactive course, participants will meet top Czech entrepreneurs, investors and managers. Karel Dřevínek, a leading expert in the areas of banking and finance law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, also belongs to this group.

The educational project also contains interviews with all the personalities who participate in the Executive Education Academy. The first guest was Karel Dřevínek who spoke not only about the current trends in advocacy, the issue of Corporate Governance, on which he focuses in his own practice, or the philosophy of Skils, but also revealed the backstage of legal advice on major transactions, recalled the “legal” nineties and also, for example, compared the differences between education in the Czech Republic and the United States of America.
