Skils uspěla při zastupování Ing. Jana Světlíka proti žalobě minoritního akcionáře na náhradu škody 225 mil. Kč

Skils successfully represented Jan Světlík, the majority owner of VÍTKOVICE, in a long-lasting legal dispute initiated by KKCG, Karel Komárek’s minority shareholder. The plaintiff claimed that the client, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of VÍTKOVICE, breached his duty of due managerial care and caused damages in the amount of CZK 225 million as a result of his decision on the allegedly disadvantageous acquisition of Spojené Slévárny back in 2008. On January 20, 2022, the High Court in Olomouc, as the appellate court, dismissed the action in its entirety and awarded the client compensation for the costs of the proceedings.
