Martin Koudelka gave lecture at the Food Law Forum 2026 in Bratislava

The Food Chambre of Slovakia organized on 18 June 2026 the first year of the unique professional conference Food Law Forum, focused on the law in the food sector. The conference addressed a number of important topics with broad societal impacts, such as health risks of ultra-processed foods, possibilities of food prices regulation, or the future of the EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation).

Martin Koudelka, partner at Skils, spoke in the morning session dedicated to the food trade regulation and gave a presentation on the cross-border enforcement of the regulation of unfair trading practices and its potential influence on the continued harmonization of that regulation at the EU level.

The conference had international attendance and the presentations were given by experts from across Europe, affiliated with, for instance, the European Commission, sectoral chambers, or prominent European universities. See also at https://www.foodlawforum.eu/en/home.
