Uber, successfully represented by Skils before the Office for the Protection of Competition, will provide transport services at Prague’s Václav Havel Airport

Skils successfully represented companies from the Uber Group in administrative proceedings conducted before the Office for the Protection of Competition (the Office) in which the outcome of tender for a new taxi service operator at Václav Havel Airport was challenged by a competing bidder.

The concession agreement between Uber and Václav Havel Airport was concluded after suspension of the proceedings before the Office becoming final in September of this year, and Uber is already providing taxi services at this largest Czech airport.
