Skils successfully defended Erste Group Bank AG in a squeeze-out case

Skils successfully defended Erste Group Bank AG before Municipal Court in Prague against claims of the former minority shareholders of Ceska sporitelna, a.s. demanding higher compensation for their shares in connection with their squeeze-out from Ceska sporitelna, a.s. in 2018. The court dismissed all claims of the former Ceska sporitelna, a.s. minority shareholders and ordered them to reimburse Erste Group Bank AG for the cost of the proceedings.

This represents fourth successful defense of a majority shareholder in squeeze out claims by AK Skils in recent years.
