Partner of Skils Jiří Kindl spoke at a prestigious international workshop

From 15 to 17 April 2026, Prague hosted a major event that attracted the attention of the competition law community from around the world. The International Competition Network (ICN) — a global forum focused on fostering cooperation among competition authorities — together with the Office for the Protection of Competition organized the ICN Unilateral Conduct Workshop, devoted primarily to issues relating to the abuse of a dominant position.

Jiří Kindl spoke in a session dedicated to the definition of the relevant market and addressing market power inter alia, in the context of digital platforms.

The event was attended by more than 100 experts from 47 countries, primarily representatives of competition authorities from European and other jurisdictions worldwide.
