CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year – Skils wins for the second consecutive year

Skils has won another international award Deal of the Year for the largest transaction of the year 2024 in the Czech Republic. This award is announced by CEE Legal Matters, an agency focused on the legal services market in Central and Eastern Europe, based on evaluations by an independent international commitee of jurors.

Skils received the award for legal advise to ČEZ on the acquisition of a majority stake in the gas distribution company GasNet from Macquarie Asset Management. This was the largest transaction in the Czech Republic in 2024 and also the most significant acquisition by the ČEZ Group in the last 20 years.
