Ms. Dufková graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University (summa cum laude, Mgr.) and National University of Singapore (LL.M., Asian Legal Studies); she also obtained a diploma in French law from Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II (Diplôme d´Introduction au Droit Français) and participated in a one-year study programme in Chinese law at China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing
Ms. Dufková co-authored a publication commenting on the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union on the protection of competition (Šmejkal, V., Dufková, B. Průvodce aktuální judikaturou Soudního dvora EU k ochraně hospodářské soutěže, 77 rozsudků z let 2006-2015. Praha: Univerzita Karlova, Právnická fakulta 2015) and publishes articles on competition, commercial and civil law in professional periodicals both in the Czech Republic and abroad (China Antitrust Law Journal, Common Law Review, Časopis Všehrd)
