Karel Dřevínek spoke at prestigious conference M&A Fórum 2025

Karel Dřevínek, partner at Skils, delivered a lecture at M&A Fórum 2025, the most prominent and widely followed conference dedicated to mergers and acquisitions, organized by publishing house C. H. Beck.

The event brought together leading experts in Czech M&A and corporate law who discussed critical issues shaping M&A transactions in the Czech Republic through several lectures and panel discussions.

Karel Dřevínek focused on legal protection of buyers in M&A transactions through representations and warranties.
