Jiří Kindl spoke at the International Meeting on Competition Law in Valencia

Jiří Kindl, partner at Skils and one of the leading experts in competition law, spoke at the IV Valencia International Meeting on 21 and 22 November 2024, the fourth edition of this prestigious conference organised by the Universitat de València and attended regularly by distinguished competition law experts from all over Europe, this time, for instance, Emeritus Professor Richard Whish from King´s College London, Assimakis Komninos, Miguel Sousa Ferro and many others.

This year, it focused on the topical issue of the private competition litigation in digital markets and Jiří Kindl, in his contribution, presented the Czech experiences with damages claims in the digital sector which have EU level impact.
