Skils represented Kiwi.com in EUR 100 million convertible bond issue in one of the largest investments on the Czech startup scene

Skils provided legal advice to Kiwi.com, a global technology company owned by, among others, General Atlantic, a major U.S. private equity fund and its founder Oliver Dlouhý, in connection with the issuance of EUR 100 million convertible bonds, i.e., approximately CZK 2.5 billion.

The convertible bonds were subscribed by a leading global institutional investor as part of one of the largest investments on the Czech startup scene.
