Karel Dřevínek, partner of Skils, spoke at the prestigious conference M&A and Statutory Bodies organized by the C. H. Beck publishing house. In his contribution, he focused on the legal and commercial specifics of M&A transactions with natural persons, the limitation of their liability and the incompatibility of consumer protection law and M&A transactions involving natural persons.
The conference was attended by top Czech experts in corporate law, including Petr Šuk, the Vice-President of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, and Jan Dědič and Jan Lasák, the authors of expert commentaries.
