Karel Dřevínek spoke at the prestigious C.H.Beck conference dedicated to insolvency and preventive restructuring

Karel Dřevínek gave a lecture on M&A transactions in an insolvency environment at a prestigious conference organized by the C.H.Beck Academy, attended by top Czech insolvency lawyers including judges from the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, insolvency administrators and lawyers dealing with insolvency.

Karel Dřevínek described the main parameters of an M&A transaction in an insolvency context, which brings a whole range of specifics. In his contribution, he built on the extensive experience Skils gained in representing Česká spořitelna in connection with the acquisition of the loan portfolio of the Czech Sberbank – one of the largest distressed M&A transactions on our market.
