Jiří Kindl spoke at the conference “EU Law in Czech Application Practice” at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic

Jiří Kindl, partner of Skils, spoke at the conference regularly organized by the Czech Society for European and Comparative Law and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. This year’s conference dealt with the EU law in Czech application practice, reflecting the approaching 20th anniversary of the accession of the Czech Republic into the European Union.
As part of the panel devoted to the issue of preliminary questions referred by the Czech courts to the Court of Justice of the EU, Jiří Kindl dealt with his experience as an attorney-at-law with proceedings with an EU element both before the Czech courts and the Court of Justice. The conference was also attended by a large number of personalities, especially from the judiciary, state administration and academic sphere, including, for example, current or former judges of the Court of Justice of the EU.
