Skils has two new partners

As of 1 January 2025, the Skils ranks of partners will be joined by two new members, Stanislav Mikeš and Martin Koudelka. Both have been supporting our competition team for many years and we are pleased that both our clients and younger colleagues will continue to benefit from their extensive experience and erudition.

Stanislav Mikeš has been with Skils since 2010 and Martin Koudelka since 2011. Both focus on competition law and dispute resolution and are also involved in publishing. Stanislav Mikeš has co-authored, for example, the commentary to the Civil Code published by Leges and Martin Koudelka the commentary to the Significant Market Power Act published by C.H.Beck. Both have also been awarded in the Talent of the Year category within the Lawyer of the Year competition.
