Skils Has Two New Partners

Effective as of January 1, 2024, Skils has appointed Jan Urbanec and Tomáš Bayer to the position of partners. Jan Urbanec has been with Skils since 2007 and specializes in dispute resolution in the area of banking, commercial law and administrative justice. Tomáš Bayer has been with Skils since 2014 and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, banking and financial law. In their new positions, both partners make a significant contribution to the sustainment and further development of highly professional and client-friendly legal services by the law firm.
