Skils successfully represented ŠKODA PRAHA in a dispute with the insurance company Credendo over payment in the amount of CZK higher tens of millions

Law firm Skils has achieved a significant success in representing ŠKODA PRAHA in the court proceedings in which Credendo – Short-Term EU Risks úvěrová pojišťovna sought payment of CZK higher tens of millions from ŠKODA PRAHA in connection with a drawn performance bond. All three courts, including the Supreme Court, fully agreed with defense of ŠKODA PRAHA, rejected claims of Credendo and ordered Credendo to reimburse ŠKODA PRAHA for the costs of proceedings.

This case is another result of repeatedly successful representation of ŠKODA PRAHA by law firm Skils.
