Skils participated in the success of the ICC Czech The Antitrust conference

The Grandium Hotel hosted in mid-June the first annual ICC Czech The Antitrust international competition law conference, whose ambition is to be among the most important events focused on competition law in the Czech Republic. Skils supported the conference both financially and in terms of personnel. Skils partner Jiří Kindl, from the position of chairman of the Commission on Competition of the International Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic, not only moderated the entire event, but also gave a speech on the topic of vertical price fixing.

In addition to the chairmen of the Czech and Slovak Antimonopoly Office, Petr Mlsna and Juraj Beňa, a number of foreign guests from the ranks of lawyers and economists spoke at the conference. Among the topics discussed within the expert panels were the possible strengthening of the powers of the domestic Office for the Protection of Economic Competition, the issue of bid-rigging, vertical price fixing and private enforcement of competition law.
