Skils acted as a legal advisor on the sale of the unique Dr. Pírek´s Clinic project to Penta Hospitals

Skils advised the Pírek family on the sale of the Dr. Pírek´s Clinic, a unique medical facility in Mladá Boleslav with a nationwide client base. The clinic, with the tradition of the First Republic, specialises in orthopaedics, surgery and hand surgery, and thanks to the latest treatment procedures, a team of excellent doctors and the quality of care provided, it ranks among the absolute leaders in its field in the Czech Republic.

The sale of Dr. Pírek´s Clinic represents one of the most significant transactions in the Czech healthcare sector in recent years. Following the settlement of the sale, which is subject to antitrust approval, the Clinic will become part of the Penta Hospitals network. This currently includes a network of 10 hospitals in the Czech Republic, 34 specialised centres for the care of Alzheimer’s patients and dozens of outpatient clinics of various specialities.
