Skils advises Bain Capital, a global private equity fund, on acquisition of the Valeo Foods Group
Skils, in cooperation the U.S. based law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges, advised Bain Capital, a global private equity fund, on the acquisition of Valeo Foods, the leading European food group, structured as leveraged buyout.
Skils’ legal advice also included the related financing provided by a syndicate of major foreign banks and loan divisions of major private equity funds.
IFLR, an international rating and analytical company, ranks this transaction among the most important European loan transactions in 2022.
