Jiří Kindl participated in the publication of the Office for the Protection of Competition on the topic of competition and public procurement

Jiří Kindl, partner of Skils, contributed to the new publication “Competition and Public Procurement. Synergies and Intersections”, whose creation was initiated and organized by the Office for the Protection of Competition.

Specifically, Jiří wrote a chapter on the current topic of criminal law aspects of tender cartels. The publication was officially launched at an evening reception organized as part of the May Conference on Public Procurement.
