Karel Dřevínek spoke at the prestigious C.H. Beck conference dedicated to M&A and corporations
On 22 October 2024, a prestigious and the most important M&A and corporate law conference in the Czech Republic, organised annually by the C.H. Beck publishing house, took place. Partner of Skils Karel Dřevínek participated in three panel discussions on profit distribution, financial assistance and shareholder agreements on future share transfers.
The conference was very well received by the legal community due to the participation of the leading Czech corporate lawyers and the topics discussed. Besides Karel Dřevínek, the conference featured speakers such as Petr Šuk, Vice-Chairman of the Supreme Court, Filip Cileček, President of the Panel of the Supreme Court, and Jan Lasák, Bohumil Havel and Petr Čech, authors of prestigious commentary literature.
