Jiří Kindl spoke at the Conference on State Aid organized by the Office for the Protection of Competition

Jiří Kindl, partner of Skils, spoke at the Conference on State Aid held at the Office for the Protection of Competition (the Office) in Brno.
In the third panel, subtitled “The Latest Decision-Making Practice of the European Commission and the Court of Justice of the EU”, Jiří Kindl dealt with the issue of private enforcement of unjustified state aid, as he particularly pointed out to the previous experience with the application of EU state aid law before Czech courts, as well as the possibilities of improving court proceedings in the future.
The Conference on State Aid is a traditional event organized by the Office for the Protection of Competition since 2008.
