Martin Koudelka, LL.M."},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Attorney-at-Law (admitted to the Czech Bar in 2016)<\/li>\n<li>Joined Weil, Gotshal &amp; Manges in 2011<\/li>\n<li>Mr. Koudelka graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague (summa cum laude, Mgr.) and from The University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom (distinction, LL.M.);\u00a0 he also studied law at the Bucerius Law School, Germany; he further graduated also from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Charles University in Prague (Bc.) and from the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the Masaryk University in Brno (summa cum laude, Ing.)<\/li>\n<li>In the competition Lawyer of the Year 20\/21, Mr. Koudelka received an award in the category Talent of the Year for his paper \u2018EU protection of fair competition as an argument in support of the EU\u2019s accession to the Human Rights Convention\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Mr. Koudelka co-authored the commentary to the Act on Significant Market Power (Kindl, J., Koudelka, M., Hol\u00e1sek, M. Z\u00e1kon o v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 tr\u017en\u00ed s\u00edle. Koment\u00e1\u0159. 2. vyd. Praha : C.H.
